Who We Are
Hello and welcome to Bear House Studios!! We’re a new photography studio based in Buglawton, Congleton - made up of Bekky Calver and Chris Bethell, we’re both photographers with a lot of love for what we do.
Bekky’s background is mostly in fashion where she has worked with emerging and leading brands to develop their photographic styles. And Chris largely spent the past decade covering current events and shooting portraiture for newspapers and magazines.
In 2020 we traded London for Congleton - swapping out the big city in hope of becoming a part of the town’s community. We want to take the skills we’ve developed in our previous work and bring them to the work we’ll shoot for you! Whether that’s fun family snaps, wedding days, very-serious-business headshots and, of course, beauty snaps of Congleton’s cutest dogs.
